Josh was very professional, he was very informative, responded quickly, and delivered what he promised.
Joshua went above and beyond to make this transition possible. We did have an issue getting an appraisal scheduled and completed which I think may have been due to the geographic location of the property. 23 days to schedule and complete an appraisal is excessive in my opinion, however, I don’t think this was at any fault of Joshua.
Mr. Phillips went above all expectations we had! The process was smooth with the user friendly app! He even came to the signing and took me and my family to lunch. Amazing job done!
