Neighborhood Mortgage's rates proved be very competitive against the larger mortgage brokerages we shopped. In fact, Houston was even able to get us a LOWER rate than what we initially locked due to market changes. Getting my credentials from the VA for my mortgage was a true testament how well I was taken care of as no one at the VA was cooperating.

We thought Huston and Cory very friendly and knowledgeable. They both took time to explain everything thoroughly and always called us back promptly, even after hours. They didn’t have to show up at the closing but they both did and brough us a beautiful “home sweet home” sign for our new home. We are very happy with Neighbourhood Mortgage and would recommend them as the best lenders in town.
